To provide you with a safe and customized multiplayer gaming experience on GameConnect, we collect the following information:

• Registration Data: Username and auto-generated recovery code (key) to identify your account on the server.
• Profile Data: Display name that you voluntarily configure in your game profile.
• Email Address: Email address only in case you choose to link your account with a social login provider (such as Google Sign-In).
• In-App Purchase History: Record of virtual currency purchases through authorized payment platforms (Google Play Billing), to validate the delivery of skins and customization items.
• Traffic & Activity Metrics: Anonymous technical data (such as API call logs and response times) to monitor and ensure game server stability.

2. Use of Information

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authenticate your game session and manage your player profile.
• Facilitate real-time online multiplayer matches and matchmaking.
• Provide private rooms via server-generated access codes.
• Process and verify coin pack transactions within the in-game shop.
• Improve and optimize application performance and resolve connectivity issues or system crashes.

3. Confidentiality & Third-Party Protection

Dixan does not sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share your personal information under any circumstances with third parties, affiliated companies, or advertising networks. All your data is treated as strictly confidential.

4. Data Encryption & Security

All communication between the GameConnect application and our servers takes place over securely encrypted connections using the HTTPS (TLS/SSL) protocol. This ensures that your login credentials and personal data are protected from unauthorized interception in transit.

5. Data Retention & Preservation

At Dixan Games, we apply data minimization and retention principles, limiting the storage of your information solely to the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Account and Profile Data: Your username, display name, and associated email are retained while your game account remains active. If you request the deletion of your account or if it remains inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, all your identifiable data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
• Multiplayer Rooms and Matches: Game state data and active game rooms are kept in memory and database during the course of the match. Inactive or completed rooms are automatically purged and deleted from the server after 7 days.
• Technical Records and Server Logs: API call metrics and debugging logs for error diagnosis are retained for a maximum period of 90 days exclusively for security and fraud prevention purposes, after which they are automatically overwritten or destroyed.
• In-App Purchase History: Receipts and transaction records validated via Google Play Billing are retained for the periods mandated by applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Deletion Timeline Upon Request: Upon receiving a valid data deletion request through our technical support or email, all personal data linked to your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

6. Your Rights (Access, Export, and Data Deletion)

In compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR and Google Play privacy guidelines), we guarantee your right to request the export or deletion of your personal information.

How to submit your request?

You can submit your request in two ways:

1. Via email: Send a message to soporte@dixan.mx.
2. Via web form: Use our Technical Support section by submitting a ticket with the appropriate category.

Information required to verify your identity:

To safely process your request and prevent unauthorized third parties from altering your information, you must provide:

• Username registered in the game.
• Personal Recovery Code (available on the Settings/Profile screen inside the game).

Once your information is verified, your account or data copy will be permanently processed within 72 business hours.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this section periodically.
